Fairey IIIb

From fast jets of the 60s to the opposite end of the spectrum. In the words of monty python, "now for something completely different".....The (larch) Fairey III first flew in 1917 and was one of the mainstays of the RNAS during the 20s. The IIIb model as shown here was designed as a floatplane bomber but mainly conducted mine laying sorties during the latter years of the 1st World War. I've tried to make this as realistic as possible in terms of performance so power is limited. Take off is achieved around 60mph and in she will cruise at a rather gnarly 90mph.
