Auto Credit Based on DbE's CS.3
Later after the CS.2 was built, the newly made company, Sterne-Labor, wanted to take to the sea’s. A new amphibious ship would allow them to land at sea and meet a ship to reload on supplys and fuel. They built this to meet a commercial need for both military and civil needs. The first produced version of this made an outstanding image to the public and later caught the attention of the US Army as well as the French Army. Both army’s used it mainly as an observer, but some divisions would strap small artillary shells to the side of the plane and drop them when they thought needed.
