Auto Credit Based on A5mod3us's SSTOL Challenge (CLOSED)
I know it's probably 'cheating' by using the props the way i did but i made this plane just for the lolz and then found out it takes off at about 3-4 stripes and I was just amazed that I made something that could take off so short. Haven't tested the landing abilities just cause I'm not really bothered.

2,705 Jettison@A5mod3us I was just testing the plane and could only find the wings breaking off when I landed. Maybe it's cause I run on super low physics.9.5 years ago

2,705 Jettison@A5mod3us yeah, I thought that it may be cheating a bit. I made it based of a design I saw. It didn't have the engines but I saw the holes in the wings of some scale plane and thought, wow, that would be a really cool vtol plane so I made this.9.5 years ago

25.2k A5mod3usWell, it's not technically cheating. I said you couldn't use rotating VTOL nozzles or make it a VTOL. But having rotating props is kind of cheap. That being said, this is a very interesting design, and definitely worth the lols. I had to move the forward wings up a notch though because the props kept breaking them when they rotated. Still, very cool concept, and will, at the very least, make it into the honorable mentions.9.5 years ago
