This is a stunt plane found hidden inside the game's files. Probably the most unknown out of its kind, 'cause you can only encounter it ONCE in only ONE race: Indy Air Race. It flies like crap for what it is. Its name is a parody of Red Bull I believe. Also I didn't build it (duh).
