Take-off: Trim down to drop the flaps, VTOL up a little bit, and full throttle.
In flight: deactivate group 8 to lock the nozzles and relieve the stable system.
Landing:Trim down to drop the flaps, VTOL down to the buttom to spread the air brake, keep the throttle 60%(floating throttle).
