The Carbiner is a police drone made in German Pravara based off of the Babyliskan military drones that were used against the XVI until the peace treaty between the XVI and Imperialists. The Carbiner is named after the guns it uses, which are Babyliskan subachine guns called Carbines. Unlike most, the carbines use a coil to launch silver "drill" bullets out of their short but accurate barrels. The carbines also have almost no recoil. Imagine having a compensator that works just as well as 10 combined and putting it on an M-9. Thats the closest we could get to a low recoil. Now, even though they can think and have minds of someone in the SWAT Team (An American police force I found out about a few days ago), the public ones do not come with batteries. The batteries are sold only in Babyliska and Pravara and they also took 6 months to design, 8 months to hand-build, and 1 month to test, giving a total of 1.25 years to make and publicise. We dont put these long-lasting batteries in the publicised robots to prevent crime and any future attacks.
