——————Background Information————————

The EMC-54 Command Flyer is a Electronic Warfare Special and Regular Forces Support (EWSRFS) Aircraft from the body of the C-54 Platypus Special Transport Aircraft built by Lockheed Division of United Design. It first saw action in 1989 along with the EMC-130 Electronic Hercules during Operation Shut It Down which took place during the Great Sahara Desert War.

During the War the Command Flyer jammed over 230 High Powered Radars and 13 Communications Stations During the war. The Command Flyers would usually fly in pairs of 4 to maximize their jamming potential and sometimes with 2 EMC-130s. It’s the 2nd most effective and produced Special Electronic Warfare aircraft in the Delta Federation, Close behind the EMC-130.
