Fast forward to the early 22nd Century, and it is STILL in producton. by now it has since shed it's reputation as a "wEAPoN Of wAr" and is now just another rifle in the "Tactical-Sporting-Rifle" class of rifles: rifles designed with customization and modularity in mind. they also come with a metric fuckton of Tac-Rails

The TSR-556 Type-1 is D-45's take on this W E L L Proven rifle platform.

Riding off the success of the TSR-65Mk.2, D-45R6 Made the choice to Release another rifle in the "Tactical-Sporting-Rifle" class. And this time: HE PULLED ALL THE STOPS AND SPARED NO EXPENSE

And he set out to create a rifle that, 1. weighed like a toy you could get at walmart, 2. had a fast enough firerate to make most AFT Agents need their ¦¦¦¦ changed, and 3. had accuracy so great, you'd think the shooter was using aimbot in real life.

The end result of this was the TSR-556 Type-1: THE closest thing to AR-15 Perfection.

-CONSTRUCTION-

While the original TSR-65Mk.2 was basically a Sheet metal shell over a Type-1 Carbex Skeletion, the TSR-556 Type-1 is almost entirely Type-2 Carbex, save for some Aluminum and Titanium parts scattered throughout

This results in an absolutely rock solid construction that weighs next to nothing and can hold up to damn near anything

This was furthur demonstrated in a series of 3 promotional vids [°¹][°4] where this rifle platform was subjected to tests and forces that would utterly destroy a normal AR-15. These tests included:

Video 1
-10 hits to the receiver with a 30lb sledge hammer (sledge hammer handle severely compromised[°²], No damage to receiver assembly)

Video 2
-Swinging the gun at a cement cinderblock (buttstock end first) until one of them breaks (cinderblock broke within 7 hits[°²], No damage to Stock or Buffertube, gun still cycled perfectly)

Video 3
-Running the gun over with a semi truck towing 150,000lb spread across 2 trailers (Noticably deep scratches in the asphalt, mild dirt on gun from tires, but no damage to any part, still fired as if nothing happened and no effect to accuracy)

this was the same rifle throughout all 3 tests

-PERFORMANCE-

On top of this unholy level of durability, this rifle is the Formula 1 car of AR-15s on all fronts, even performance.

In a shorter Promotional skit[°¹], this time carried out by X-14D3(Info change since last mention)[°³], various aspects of the gun's performace were demonstrated:

-Cyclic rate of 1100rpm with plenty of room to go even quicker

-Sub 0.1 MOA @100 yards

-under 2ft·lb felt recoil

-0.75 lbs Trigger weight

to say the hype was real after these videos is an understatement

-DRAWBACKS-

While it is hard to list any drawbacks or caveats to this exceptional gun, the closest would be it's price: it won't just put a dent, BUT A CRATER In your bank account: you could buy yourself a nice car for the price of one of these.

And if you can afford this on a whim, you probably live in a mansion with marble floors and granite countertops.

And you also probably daily drive a lamborghini or some imitation of such
