P-51D
The name is quite self-explanitory. This P-51D is a test of my own method of creating a realistic aircraft. I test this method because my Hs.P75 was really hard to fly. I want to make sure the bad performance of Hs.P75 is the result of bad design rather than my method. This P-51D is really good. So it is the proof that my method is ok. This plane features a 1:1 scale, weight and speed (sort of). Top speed of 440 mph can be achieved at 16000ft. So I guess it feels realistic. VTOL for flaps, trim for trim. During taking off, pitch down and use only 40% throttle. During landing, pitch down all the time and be smooth. This plane would slow down very quickly with flap down so it is ok to approach the airstrip at a high speed and slow down at the edge of airstrip. Hope you enjoy! And don’t blame me if the wing is kind of off. I already noticed this issue.
