@Lanseed under normal fuel tank circumstances the brackets wouldn't of broke but we added a 4 barrel fuel tank to it. the buggy had a v6 twin turbo but im gonna add a v 8 super charged as the buggy was built from a 1970 to 1960 camaro

@Lanseed i have a custom rally spec lada 2100 that i did up years ago and the buggy im gonna fix up anyway and he only blew up the engine i still have no idea how as it was a pretty solid engine and the only problem with it was a broken head light bulb we broke the fuel tank brackets from doing jumps on a full tank of petrol

@Lanseed to be honest we didn't expect it to last as long as it did ive still got it in my garage back in russia all it needs is new front tires and front rims and new fuel tank mounts and new engine with radiator

@Smasher buying cars from a junk yard is not a good idea , as for me it's better to make your own buggy from scrap with old engine as we do it in Russia , for example with Lada 2107 engine , in USA it's known as Lada Riva . it's a very cheap but I think it very hard to find it in each country.

@Lanseed not really a, sad story after its fuel tank kept falling off we bought it from a junk yard but ive been very busy just bought a 1990's jeep gran Cherokee
