How many submarines attain 100,000-200,000 feet ASL and then dive safely below? And then rise again? Start counting.
(My first attempt at an underwater-stratosphere build. Concept based on a movie,) Works fairly simply:
1. Runway launch (advised for first launch). Raise gear, reach 2,000 feet, hit ACT=1 for 4 seconds, THEN Deactivate ACT=1 then kill throttle.
Slow down and ACT=3 deploy chutes. Land on water. Ditch chutes, takeoff again.
2. Sole water takeoff easy (Raise gear up on water),
Climb high then glide to water, finally ACT=-3 deploy chutes.
Likely you will go underwater, no problem.
3. Underwater is tricky: Always engage ACT=1 + set Trim Full UP when submerged underwater. You will resurface, in spinning citcles. At 300 mph twist the space submarine up a few degrees and hit the skies at supersonic speed. It's a spaceship, enjoy!

Thanks, @KerlonceauxIndrustries This is the first submarine I've posted; I push Jundroo SP model behavior in my spare time.
