Schroff S.4-SP62

Reuploaded cuz I posted at wrong time

The Schroff S.4-6 was designed in 1918 by Schroff. The plane was designed for low-count mail delivery and recreational flight.

Between 1919-1924, Schroff designed three varaiants - the SP42, The SP55, and the SP62. The one here is a SP62, which added a medical first aid kit, lengthened the nose, and slightly lowered landing gear (compared to original version).

The plane went out of mail service in 1929 due to its primitive engine design, which utilized a skeleton-wooden frame around four engines.

The one here was flown by the Great Dove Mail Service, seen by the insignia in the last pic. The insignias you see on the wings is the logo of Schroff.

Features

Illuminated Working cockpit, with moving yoke, throttle stick, HUD, and accelerometer.
Speed is about 230 on average.
Can take off in about 4 seconds at 140mph

How to fly:

  1. Throttle to 100%
  2. Pull down pitch all the way
  3. Take off
  4. Put trim down

Warning

The plane may move its nose foward during takeoff. This can be easily averted by pulling down the pitch, or starting in the air.

Enjoy, Disfer
