As for this helicopter:
It can fly at a max speed of around 350kph or maybe a bit more, but not exceeding 400kph.
To control, use pitch to go for/back-ward and roll to go either left or right. To turn is the Yaw axis, use Yaw but counter asap to get to the heading you want! The frontal canon is also moving but you need VR to be using it really efficiently. To don't fall, start directly pushing forward to gain a base speed making you climb. Otherwise, you'll stay flying close to ground, without having to touch it though...
