Very nice to be your first creation.
Things I would recommend you to do are using fuselage blocks, (those are really useful to make nice looking planes really easy, is just a little bit of practice), making your own color palette for example I use black as a main color, red, gray and blue for details but you can use whatever color you want to, and last but not least experiment a lot whit things that you think they might work or not but you never know until you try
