Thx @redbear89
Sure, I'll help @jermaineevans
@Viper28 Mind helping me out with a plane?
I used some xml mods for the rotor that moves the tail but all it did was take away the mesh thing @jermaineevans
@Viper28 You didn't use any mods?
For the sake of simplicity my rule is that how close your com and col are determins how large of an elevator you need. So here the entire elevator moves, so to keep flight smooth I had to move the com foward. Now if you think about it prop planes that have wings closer to the front their com and col are very close so in turn they only need a small part of their elevator to move to get smooth and responsive controls. @jermaineevans
@Viper28 And at that point the plane still pitchs like a drunk potato
@Viper28 Ik that part but I always get to the point where my COM is too close to my COL and the pitch becomes unstable an wobbles
A lot of time tweaking lol, but more seriously it's all about where your COM and COL are as wellas the shape and size of your elevator. @jermaineevans
@Viper28 How do you get your planes to pitch so quickly?
Lol thanks
