Use Final Approach it probably can't take off well.
I made this on my iPad, it's older and has a older version of Simple Planes with some of the newer features including mods removed. It also continually crashed.
It flies by flapping and with a turbine which is supposed to be like a siphon.
I think flying and swimming are similar, but air is less dense.
