Carlton M82, Paternian Air Force
The Carlton M82 is a Paternian revolver, chambered in .38 Special or .357 Magnum. Designed by Carlton Firearms (now Carlton Defense) in 1899, the M82 is the most popular revolver in the C&C Roleplay. With over 7 million made, they are easily the most popular revolver in the RP. A favorite with police, military, and civilian users, it's combination of stopping power, simplicity, and reliability was unmatched until the introduction of "Wonder Nines" in the 1980s and 1990s. Still, it remains in reserve service, and continue to be a popular choice for those who want a reliable sidearm. This particular example was made under contract by the Paternian Air Force for aircrew sidearms. It has a parkerized finish, brown polymer grips, 4" (100mm) barrel, fixed sights, and tritium front sight.
