The TIA M-9 is the second plane to be build after importing airframes to study. The TIA M-9 is a twin engine powered jet. The M-9 was an accidental step into stealth. While it most certainly wasn't invisible to radar, the M-9 gave a smaller radar signature than it should have. This is the base model of the M-9.
