The ability to launch projectiles at the enemy farther than an infantryman can has always been important. From the earliest siege engines to modern 155mm howitzers, artillery has been a powerful force to be reckoned with. Now is your chance to build such a weapon. And wait, does it have to be a solid/explosive projectile? Or can it be direct energy/radiant/particle beam? Probably not, because that would mean no projectile path curvature.
