Designed in 1924, the s55 began setting records for payload, speed, altitude and range. The double hull design of a flying boat was uncommon at the time, but this plane turned out to be great during its time. It was able to hold 4k lbs of bombs or one torpedo and had 4 gunners (one ag each end of a float/hull). Enjoy
