An improvement over my Flying submarine. This is a true submarine and can fully submerge and run submerged. Although it can take off from land, this really wants to be started in the water. To operate, throttle up to begin moving then either pitch down to dive to Use the VTOl control. VTOL up to dive, down to rise. As a bonus, this can still fly once out of the water and even has guns and rockets for suprise sneak attacks.
