Description
The General Dynamics YF-16 Fighting Falcon was the very first F-16 ever built, as competition to the YF-17 Cobra (later the F-18 Hornet) in the Lightweight Fighter program pushed forward by the Fighter Mafia.
2 were built, and this one was the first one of them. It would later be used for the Control Configured Vehicle project.
Here, it is equipped with 2 AIM-9 Sidewinders.
