Hummingbird Attack Fighter Mk 2
Press (1), (2), (3), and (4) to release rocket pods or bombs if equipped. Use VTOL up to control air brakes. A modest overhaul of the Hummingbird Mk 1 in order to improve handling and firepower. The 20mm Mk 10 aircraft cannon has been replaced by the 30mm Mk 7 anti-material rotary cannon. The elevator and ailerons have been modified in order to eliminate aileron reversal. Its underwing stores have also been reconfigured to a loadout more in line with Pilotmario Marine Corps strategy. This variant has also been accepted in the Pilotmario Air Force, and is seeking to replace the Pummeler Attack Mk 4 and the Boar Attack Mk 2. Although the Hummingbird is less capable of taking battle damage than either aircraft, it is far more survivable when forced to engage modern air opposition due to its higher top speed, maneuverability, and missile capability.
