Finally managed to get a fully functional VTOL Aircraft. Can VTOL from land and sea. To take off, Open throttle full, use pitch controls to keep steady till you gain altitude. Activate Group 7 (forward thrusters) and immediately tilt the rotors (using VTOL) forward. Landing, just deactivate forward thrusters (group 7), tilt rotors upwards, use throttle, pitch, yaw and roll controls to bring aircraft down carefully (she's very twitchy). Groups 1 & 2 activate weapons. Trim control for turret.
