Designed for the Gold Prix Official Race.
I discovered that a given wheel size has a maximum possible speed. I had these wheels size 1, with 3 600HP engined, and it topped out at 199MPH. When I enlarged the wheels, it topped out at a higher speed. I don't know if anyone/everyone had already figured this out, but I figured it would be worth sharing.
