This is a very quick build (it only took me a couple of hours), but it works!

Instructions:

1. 75% throttle.
2. When rocket reaches 1500mph, 100% throttle.
3. When rocket reaches 200,000ft, press 1.
4. Once the first stage is fully detached, Press and hold one [A] or [D].
5. Once rocket is clear of the first stage, press 2, to detach the satellite.
6. Once the satellite is clear of the rocket, press 3.
7. Once stage 2 is clear of the rocket, VTOL up and 100% throttle.
8. When at 125,000ft, 0% throttle.
9. When at 75,000ft, VTOL back to centre.
10. When at 50,000ft, 100% throttle.
11. Once at around 150mph, use around 8% throttle to slowly descend, if the rocket goes any slower than 50mph, lower the throttle.
12. Engage landing gear, slow to between 20mph and 5mph, and move over the runway using the pitch and roll keys (if needed).
