A manual transmission car. 1 is slower then 2, and 3 is reverse. I usually start with 1 & 2, then disable 2, proceed to max out and shift. For top speed IO would commonly reset at the runway, or use the North Runway, which I believe has more space after the runway. Expect a follow up soon.
