This is Bill. Bill is a crash test dummy. Bill (and I) would like you to build him a crash testable wheeled vehicle that will be slammed into something hard with him in it. It does not have to be a full blown car, but should look nice. This will be a tad different from my other challenges, 'cause it is all about the crashing.
Bill must be incorporated into the build. The cockpit is inside his chest.
It must be a successor.
