VTOL down one notch and throttle 54% is hover, RCN nozzles control pitch, roll, and yaw. If you add air inlets, your fuel consuption will increase significantly.

@1729719 as @Bencrafter stated, I explained in my description that adding inlets will increase your fuel consuption (reducing flight time) quite significantly, as adding inlets allows the VTOL engine (needed for the RCN nozzles) to actually work, thus using fuel.
