Auto Credit Based on Jundroo's P-51-B

Impatient Virgin was delivered in early 1944 to the 376th Fighter Squadron based in Bottisham, England. Among its 700 hours of combat flying were four sorties on D-Day. On September 27, 1944, it provided fighter support for the 445th Bomber Group in the Kassel Mission. Flying as part of the 361st Fighter Group, Impatient Virgin engaged in furious dogfights with the Germans. The 361st downed 18 FW-190 fighters that day, three of them by this aircraft and its pilot.

Note: this is the recreational version of the plane, the original did not have the same cockpit as this one according to research I did during the making of the plane.

Original creator: Jundroo.

Plane was created on February 16 2022.

The cockpit type this p-51B has is the Malcom style cockpit. The original one that was in the war had the original cockpit for p51b

My grandma's cousin was on this mission as the lead liberator, he was the back gunner but he was shot down and didn't bail in time
