No, this was not made because some oblivious idiots didn’t move over for responding cars despite the imploding sun on the roof and 140db siren behind them. Instead, the ECPD’s Public Affairs team had this rave car put together for public relations functions, cram a cruiser runs, and other events.

This public affairs stunt has more lights on than you could find at a skrillex show, each with the power to ignite a piece of steel from a mile away. It's not just the collapsed sun on the roof, they've got more lights, they've got a bakers dozen hidden in the bumper, the brake lights turn into mini raves, the high beams flash, making this Frame Guardian light up its surroundings ten times brighter than the bikini atoll fireworks show.
