In the early 1990s the taikav areo industries created a new branch to there aircraft empire and made talakav, a strictly sea based company. Their first aircraft, the TA-S (stands for sea)-23 talon was a large aircraft capable of land and sea landings, and plenty of space inside to hold up to 5 people at a time. During the beginnings of the teletso revolution, many of these aircraft were transformed into spy aircraft because of their civilian nature, and because the island of teletso was not able to be docked with ships very well. The small island was very successful in implementing weapons onto the crafts without any of the communist Alvon soldiers knowing. Only one aircraft of 200 was ever shot down, and the teletso nation was formed a year after the revolution started in 2014.

Normal flight controls note that the landing gear is up when it is spawned, so when you spawn in water the wheels are not a factor, make sure that the wheels are down before landing on land.

BUILDERS NOTE: This is one of my first sea planes the other one I made a very long time ago and is frankly really bad, but this one is freaking amazing! Flight is just as I want, and overall a dream to fly. I would like to thank @memri for his feedback on it, he has way more knowledge on sea planes than I do, so thanks to him.
