The K9A 'Gren', was a Krakabloan Fighter/Bomber used throughout the Great Island War. It was considered the 'Superior Fighter' due to the incredible preformance while at the same time, being a cheap, simple fighter. It was the rival of the infamous W8B 'Infiltrator' used by the Wright Navy, and the Gren was obviously the superior. The top speed of 314mph at 5000ft made it 10mph faster than the Infiltrator, and the lightness, maneuverability and cheapness made this fighter easier to fly and produce. However, the successor of the Infiltrator, the W8C1 'Inverness', was proven to be superior against the Gren in combat, but the Gren served the rest of the war mainly as a bomber escort/ground-attack aircraft from 1945-1950
