With the development of Omenia gaining support from the Ussr and the Union recieving aid from the U.S and Nato aligned countries we have been working on what would probably be our very own F-X program however we had to use a B Team comprisied of some new designers and engineers although they may be new they have shown promise.

Our A Teams are currently looking into another war brewing in the middle east which the U.S and USSR are also looking in too.

In Late 1975 our B Team successfully created a working prototype of their F-X aircraft designated as YF-107 fitted with a modified AN/AWG-9 that seen on the F-14 with elements from the F-15s radar.

In dogfight tests the YF-107 proved exceptionally well against all of the current service US fighters as its design gives it a lifting body thus being able to out turn the US fighters we put it up against combined with its additonal rear elevators giving it more tighter of a turn.

In 1976 the YF-107 was given the green light to enter production 5 Models would be completed in December 1976 with 95 on the way in 1977.

The 5 F-107s that have been made will be flown by the Firebird Squadron led by the elite Firebird 1 : Veteran

Veteran is one of our Most skilled fighter pilots having first served as an F 86 Pilot at 18 in the korean war he became an ace after having shot down 15 Migs over the course of the war.

Later During 1962 through 1975 entering the Vietnam war He would go on to get a total of 60+ Aerial Victories Utilizing the F 4 Phantom He would become a local and national legend feared by the VPAF.

He would later join up with us testing out new experimental aircraft becoming our chief test pilot.

The Squadron will be hand picked by him on whos flying alongside him.

Along Side the F-107 are 2 new missiles the AIM 120XH and the AIM 9XR.

The AIM 120XH is a variation of the AIM 120
Capable of High Hypersonic Velocity up to Mach 10 or even higher the AIM 120XH has a new radar that being similar to the AIM 54 being capable of long range engagements however it also has the ability to be an Anti ship missile if the F-107 approaches its max speed of mach 2.8 the Missile can have more speed being even faster after its rocket booster detaches and it enters Scramjet phase once closing in at high hypersonic the missile will be able punch a hole through a ship with its kinetic energy and possibly do some major damage thus the reason we reinforced the front end of the Scramraam with titanium alloy.

The AIM 9XR on the other hand is a different story it has a ramjet but for close range dogfights the AIM 9XR has the ability of all aspect giving it more scenarios to be fired from with that we took a page out of the british and gave this AIM 9 no fins but instead Thrust Vectoring.

With that the F-107s will fly long range operations from undisclosed airbases performing inflight refueling and will be utilizing friendly Aewacs aircraft such as the friendly Yakran-R510-1and the E-1C we will fly under the guise of mercenaries with RAAF markings (Ravirium Aerospace Air Force).

sidenote : do not fire the AIM 120 HX at ranges below 10 miles it will crash into the ocean also it works only in slow mo I have no idea why but it does it.
