Description

So after realising due to my ImMeNCE skIlL! The legacy Constellation Class Frigate wasn't up to scratch for service in the main fleet. After a bit of thinking I reworked the design to have good ASW and air defense capabilities. Surface to surface is slightly lacking on the ship but that can be covered by other ships.
