showmans engine/log trailer v2

150 RamonNoodel  6.0 years ago

Added a few more things to the showmans engine, the hitch is now automatic, the torque on the engine has been improved, and a couple changes to the lights.

To hitch:
-Simply slide VTOL up all the way and activate AG5. Turn off AG5 and return to center.

  • The trailer is hitched correctly when the yellow peg is seated against the yellow part of the hitch and the green arms lock on top of the green part of the trailer hook.

To run engine:

-Turn on AG1 and slide VTOL slowly no more than one notch up to start engine, adjust slightly for smooth running.

-AG2 and throttle to go, yaw to steer.

-AG3 and trim to crank water pump,
AG4 and trim to turn propane valve.

Pitch down to release extra steam pressure.

The trailer handles fairly well, it will go across uneven terrain but remember its a tractor, so its not impossible to dehitch. Also, theres no reverse so if you dont hitch the trailer right at the start youll never be able to back into it.

Have fun!
