AeroEngineering HS-53
AeroEngineering is proud to present its first commercially available helicopter, the AeroEngineering HS-53. Each of our HS-53 sport helicopters come with a fully furnished cockpit with working pitch, yaw, and roll controls, along with two in-flight nav computers and a video feed monitor. This helicopter has been designed specifically with ease of use in mind, so first time helicopter flyers will enjoy their flight as much as an experienced pilot. And although this is a coaxial rotor helicopter, we still opted for a tail rotor as gives the pilot a finer degree of control. AeroEngineering hopes you enjoy your new helicopter and please leave some customer feedback.

I like the cockpit great job I'm gonna upvote
@KevinMurphy are you planning to add helicopter parts in a future update?
@AeroEngineering sure, go ahead
@KevinMurphy could I have facts about the Blade Cx2 to put in the description? There is no Wikipedia page for it that I can copy and paste from
@KevinMurphy It's almost done
you guys did great on autopilot. Give autopilot about 15 minuets or so, and autopilot can hover and fly this whirlybird!
@AeroEngineering Woo hoo, thats awesome!. I was flying this yesterday and was hoping a new one was coming!
@KevinMurphy I finally got around to making a Blade Cx2 looking helicopter!
@AeroEngineering No prob!
@RBEEDUDE1 thanks
Tried it out and this is certainly the closest thing to the real one...I mean flight characteristics.
@jquinn88 no. My best suggestion is to redownlaod the helicopter
My rotors crash on startup. Ideas why?
@KevinMurphy i can do that.i have a current project to finish. also, this helicopter is really unstable with on two per rotor, just so you know...
So, since this is so amazing and I can't stop flying this, would you want to make a Stripped down/low part count r/c looking variant. Maybe a blade CX2 looking one? @AeroEngineering
@KevinMurphy thanks. this means a lot coming from someone like you
This is truly a joy to fly. I'm a huge chopper fan and fly them R/C, and for me this is as close as it gets to real heli controls in this game. Some day us chopper fans might get some love, and when that day comes, I will shed a tear modeling the parts. This will get me by till then!
@AeroEngineering can you send me the link for what xml modding you use and is it free?
I'm so happy. This is the first time autocorrect hasn't changed upvote to some other word
@Planefun thanks. No upvote, though?
@TheW4terDrop thanks again
@AeroEngineering Well, anyways this heli was such a job well done
@TheW4terDrop yeah it lags my tablet but my android phone runs it at 7 fps.
It is pretty laggy on android but worked fine on my pc :)
Nice job!
Thanks @DankPlanes
Thanks @lukedaluke
