The medium-sized anti-aircraft missile frigate under the Russian navy is also the first major naval battle after the end of the Cold War. The main mast is equipped with a four-sided fixed multi-function phased array radar, which provides guidance for the launch of the missile by a 28-unit Rudot missile vertical launcher, a rotary three-dimensional search phased array radar at the top of the main mast, a 130-mm naval gun at the head and a counter-ship missile at another vertical launcher at the rear of Rudot with 16 rubies or Bramos anti-ship missiles.
