Monolith 201 'Blue Comet'

The Monolith 201 is an american single seat, twin turboprop, fixed wing plane designed by Monolith Aircraft Company. First flown in 2019. 89 have been built so far. Its main role is racing and utility, the racing version 'Blue Comet' comes installed with a CNE Booster on the rear of the plane, allowing it to fly extremelly fast.

  • Twin "GW & H 30E" Turboprop engine

The Gold Wright & Hoplite 30E turboprop engine is a upgrade from its predecessor Turboprop engine '25E', designed by Gold Wright and Hoplite Aviation, only being manufactured by Gold Wright. The 30E features much better speed and agility while mantaining overall good fuel consumption and statistics.

Its was first tested on 1989 at the Wright Airport, installed on a Bush Plane, the test was succesful and the project went to phase 2.

This engine is suitable for long range flight, racing and aerobatic aircrafts.

  • CNE Booster H-N1
The CNE Booster H-N1 is a compact booster nitro engine designed and manufactured by Hoplite Aviation. This booster engine is exceptionally powerful and has good fuel efficiency compared to turbine engine of its size.

This engine is best suitable for racing or aerobatic maneuvers, and maybe military, which applications are being tested on.

Note: Top speed may vary slightly on higher altitude

  • Twin Props
Fly around 11.000 ft to to get best efficiency
    Avarage top speed: 720 mph
    Max recorded: 789 mph
    Efficient Altitude: around 11.000 ft

  • Nitro Booster
Nitro Booster works best around at 23.000 ft for fastest speed, going higher than 30.000 ft will slowdown the Booster, not only that, it gets harder to control using trim.
CAUTION!!!: IF you have Booster active, DO NOT use the Yoke/main elevators to pitch, your plane will wobble violently and explode. Pitch using VTOL instead.
Avarage top speed: around 1270 mph
    Max recorded: 1334 mph
    Efficient altitude: around 23.000 ft

  • Twin Props + Booster
Well, not a significant change, would recommend only using Booster for slightly more fuel efficiency.
    Avarage speed: 1308 mph
    Max recorded: 1338 mph
