-Is a Aegis Guided Missile Destroyer of the Gembian Navy (GN/FGN) , first Introduced in July 4,1991,many High Ranking Officers during the time despised this Destroyer for not having 2 or 3 Naval Guns, calling it weak and ineffective, nevertheless still commissioned.
Many years later, The Velvet K. Oprein outclassed the already Inferior Foxdan Class Destroyers. Currently, The Velvet K. Oprein Class holds the world record for having the Most Ships in Class, having a whopping 278 Ships in the Class, active in the Gembian Navy.
The cause of such massive amount is the almost 'unlimited' funding from the Gembian Government, due to a Mining Project on the moon which significantly increased the Economy.
