The McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) F-15E Strike Eagle is an American all-weather multirole strike fighter[6] derived from the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle. The F-15E was designed in the 1980s for long-range, high-speed interdiction without relying on escort or electronic-warfare aircraft. United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E Strike Eagles can be generally distinguished from other U.S. Eagle variants by darker aircraft camouflage, conformal fuel tanks (CFTs) mounted along the engine intake ramps (although CFTs can also be mounted on earlier F-15 variants) and a tandem-seat cockpit.

The Strike Eagle has been deployed for military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Libya, among others. During these operations, the strike fighter has carried out deep strikes against high-value targets and combat air patrols, and provided close air support for coalition troops. It has also been exported to several countries.

Garuda Team, officially the 28th Fighter Squadron, is a squadron in the Republic of Emmeria Air Force's Eastern Air Region Air Defense. It serves in the REAF's 8th Air Division, and is stationed at Gracemeria Air Force Base.

During the Emmeria-Estovakia War, Garuda Team became invaluable to the Emmerian war effort as it helped decide the outcome of many crucial battles during the war, forcing Estovakia's armed forces to dedicate entire operations to the destruction of the squadron. Garuda's renown resulted in its members becoming national heroes for the Emmerian people and helping Emmeria emerge victorious in the war.

After Emmeria submitted itself to join Blood Axis after being in fear of Osea coming to take over. The Garuda Team was moved to a frontline base, where they now once again fighting the Estovakian Air Force, who has joined the U.N.C.A.F with the Anima. Shamrock looks forward to facing Teal Nakamura when the Asamian Navy shows up.
