DB-25R

(Drone Bomb, 250lbs, Reusable)

History

This all started with an idea and a drawing. The basic concept was a V-1-like vehicle, capable of delivering unguided munitions, and returning. This would require removing the bottom half of the vehicle's bomb bay/fuselage.

Previous test utilized propellers and rocket engines. After much experimentation, the end result used a modified BaconAircraft rocket booster.

Controls

AG1 - Start rockets.
AG2 - Drop bomb.
AG3 - Open parachute.
