Following on from the success of the Tiger Class, the decision was made to create a much larger starship focused on fleet defence against attacking fighters. The result was the Dragon Class Escort Frigate. The size of a light destoyer, the ship was loaded with anti fighter weapons including missiles and rockets. To aid the fleet's fire power, two dual gun turrets were included. VTOL swivels the respective turret.
