I have been trying everything with this plane and i still cant keep it from not gaining any lift. I have tryed diahedrals and everything i would appreciate is if any one could fix this if you can i will shout out who helped fix this i really want this plane to be a function plane :)

Don't know if this is what you wanted but here is a similar working version I just made as close as possible to yours! Hope you enjoy it or atleast it helps you to get yours working :)
If you don’t want lift, you could use structural wings instead.
Set the Fuselage parts covering the wings as the following using the overload or XML edits:
disableAircraftCollisions = True
CalculateDrag = False
massScale = 0
dragScale = 0
Otherwise, you can remove the fuselage parts covering the wings altogether...
Reduce the drag of the fuselage on the wings
