Designed as a joint venture between Erandia and Sosvega, the Venerable Arlionne Class Corvette is the backbone of the Erandian & Sosvegan Corvette Fleet. The Ship is Designed as an "Ocean-going Corvette", capable of travelling long distances without needing to refuel, and being able to operate in high sea states.

Design

The Ship was meant to be a Anti-Aircraft and Anti-Submarine Scout for the fleet, but it is capable of performing Combat Missions Perfectly well alone.

The Corvettes were made with Anti-submarine Duties in mind, and it has a Towed Array Sonar, as well as a Triple Torpedo Tube for Hunting Submarines. Additionally, it has a Helicopter, and it's E-SVLS can hold VL-ASROC.

The corvettes have a steel hull Aluminium superstructure, with nine watertight subdivisions. They have a combined bridge and command centre, and space and weight provision for 32 E-SVLS. Stealth technology was used during construction of the ships. Newest physical field reduction solutions were applied too. As a result, designers considerably reduced the ship's radar signature thanks to hull architecture and fire-resistant radar-absorbent fiberglass applied in tophamper's design.

Sensor Systems

The ship has a MK81C Air-Search AESA Radar and a MK83 Surface-search Radar, as well as an R-126 Fire-control radar for the Type 31 Cannon and a MK84 Navigation Radar. Additionally, it has a S-M4 Towed array sonar and S-M3H Hull-mounted Sonar.
