Glidtec LSG

The Glidtec™? LSG was the first ever aircraft produced by Glidtec Industry & Co™?, in 1982. With a wingspan of 29 meters, Glidtec attempted to ensure safety and enjoyment with every flight. In total, 378 LSGs have been produced as of the time of writing.

The LSG, or Low Speed Glider, is a design made for use by training pilots before moving on to the imported Cessna 178. Such a design has also seen success in the personal market, selling for €2,500 At maximum.

This allowed Glidtec™? to survive the Snowstone Recession of 1993, by selling cheap gliders, and using cheap materials. The LSG would later be worked on, to produce new designs. In total, approximately 10 LSGs are produced each year.

One pilot regarded the glider as "Easy for students, hard for captains." This is one review that summarises most others. For inexperienced student pilots, the simple controls help with the flying, but those same controls befuddle seasoned airmen.

In conclusion, the LSG has enjoyed, and still enjoys, large sucess in general aviation and training. Thank you for visiting the Glidtec™? purchase store, and we hope you enjoy what we offer!
