[TGT] LGM-25C Titan II v1.1

3,763 ThatKindaWeeb  9 months ago

Disclaimer: This IS NOT the post I was teasing for almost a week, I'm still working on that, stay tuned.

The Titan II was an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) developed by the Glenn L. Martin Company from the earlier Titan I missile. Titan II was originally designed and used as an ICBM, but was later adapted as a medium-lift space launch vehicle (these adaptations were designated Titan II GLV and Titan 23G) to carry payloads to Earth orbit for the United States Air Force (USAF), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Those payloads included the USAF Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP), NOAA weather satellites, and NASA's Gemini crewed space capsules. The modified Titan II SLVs (Space Launch Vehicles) were launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, up until 2003.

I made this cause no one was making ICBM's as targets, so I did it myself.

In the future I'm gonna add automatically separating stages.
And yes, this is an Eagle Union Rocket.

hoh.... sweet. i should note that you gave me a goooooodd idea.... oh man this'll be fun.., okay so, you know how this loses engine power when it's like, 33km up? I have a better solution to that, basically.. for the first stage of flight(acceleration to speed), it's normal engines.. when it almost reaches top speed.. a super powerful engine activates, with it's speed limited by airbrakes.. so even at high altitudes.. it will still propel!! hehehehehehe I like this idea...

@ThatKindaWeeb It's finnicky. You need to find the .xml file of your creation and open it with a text editor (i.e. notepad). At the top there should be a line saying url="". Take the six-letter code from the url of this post and paste it in between the quotes. Save and then try updating the XML via the site. Here's a better guide.
That being said, I'm not sure how this works on mobile.

Why does this remind me of the IRBMs that you have to intercept from Bunker Buster from Ace Combat 7
