This vehicle is, in many ways, special
First, it has a turret on top of your average truck.
Two, it's my first military vehicle that has a reverse speed without using mods.
And three, it has a fully customized interior.

In 2012 Taiwan (AKA. West China) needed a new armored vehicle to combat the threat of ZTZ-99s. So Captain J. Whadet (a US General in Taiwan) decided to take the Taiwanese Truck-Type-8s and stick a new turret and gun into it. It also took the aging M1947 20mm Cannon and put it in a mini-turret on top.
It was very effective and destroyed many ZTZ-99As and ZTZ-101As, it's still in service today, now as a long range artillery.
