Development History

The Aeropalle F-2 Dormuren, was created for a fighter role, using the latest materials of the time, the Dormuren was a capable and deadly fighter when up against other modern biplanes. Named after the Peronian city of Dormuren now known as Dortmund, the F-2 became a favorite among the Perionian aces and the Berlinschon pilots who wielded them.

14th Aerial Regiment Last Stand

The 14th Aerial Regiment of the Berlinschon air force nicknamed the "Stubborn Pigs" with the moto of "Aerial Death" held off 50 hostile aircraft during one of the major pushes of the Marionen air force using only 8 F-2 Dormurens. During this fight, 16 hostile aircraft were taken out at the cost of 7 F-2's.

Infamy

The F-2's infamy was gained during the battle of Borneux in which 20 F-2's of the 12th Aerial Regiment took out 32 hostile aircraft during the campaign without taking a loss. The F-2 often called the "Green Death" or the "Swiss Cheese Machine" by the Marineon troops on the ground since every hostile aircraft that approached an F-2 were mostly taken out within 3 minutes of the engagement.
