The thing that seemed to fix it is you need to take both of the hinge rotators out of the block connecting it to the chassis because it is not able to move enough.
Go through every rotator and make sure the “input” is “disabled”
Because if you look at the 4 bars it can only do a 360 degrees circle not up and down
Because both ends of the links don't have vertical pivot.
